PEKKIP Congress GmbH, a subsidiary of PEKKIP Holding, is responsible for planning, executing and following up high-class conventions, training courses, advisory boards and networking events. Our focus is not restricted to just organising the event – together with our partners we develop all aspects of the planned event from the concept and agenda right up to customer care for the contacts made.

The business administration graduate and former project manager at HfMDK Frankfurt (Frankfurt University of Music and Performing Arts) leads PEKKIP Congress GmbH with dedication, expertise and a huge amount of passion. She is responsible for developing new event concepts.

Sarah Bourdoux is the scientific point of contact within the team. She takes care of all content-relevant aspects of the agenda, right up to the schedule and speakers’ bookings.

Safiye Aydogan is our all-rounder in terms of organisation. She deals with everything to do with organisation such as attendance records, location reservations, registration and invoicing.
